Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible in the day on WhatsApp. Some activities require preparation and cannot be organized on the same day.

We offer both options. By default, most of our experiences are private to guarantee a personalized experience. Group activities can be organized on request at preferential rates.

Yes, many activities are family-friendly. The minimum age varies by activity. We will advise you on the most appropriate experiences based on your children's age when you book.

Payment can be made in cash directly with the provider on the day of the activity. It is also possible to pay Enjoy Essaouira by bank transfer or via a secure payment link, depending on what is agreed at the time of booking.

Payment can be made either after confirmation of the activity when payment is made to Enjoy Essaouira, or directly on the day of the activity with the provider, depending on the arrangement.

Cancellation conditions vary by activity and provider. If cancellation is made sufficiently in advance (generally at least 72 hours before), there is no problem. In the event of unfavorable or unexpected weather conditions, a postponement or refund may be offered. However, cancellation on the day without a valid reason is generally not possible.

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions make the activity dangerous, we will offer you either to reschedule to another date, choose an alternative activity, or a full refund.

Transport is not included for all activities. It is most often an option we can arrange on request. If you wish, we can manage your transport, otherwise you can make your own way to the activity location.

The meeting point is communicated by the Enjoy Essaouira team after confirmation of the activity. If the transport option is included or arranged, the driver will come directly to pick you up at your accommodation. Otherwise, the meeting point is generally at the activity location itself.

We will provide a detailed list depending on the activity booked. In general: comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, sun protection, water. For water activities, bring a swimsuit and towel. Specialized equipment is always provided.
